It took a day to walk to this location in torrential rain and very strong winds. This light at dusk, the result of a break in the clouds after a shower had passed, lasted just a few minutes and is probably the best light that I have seen so far. Its intensity was all the more striking because the rest of the day had been such miserable weather. After a few minutes, the heavy rain returned....

I loved the way the foreground rocks mirror the shape of the mountains.
