Loch Scavaig, Sgur nan Eag and Sgurr na Stri on the Black Cullin, Skye, North West Highlands, Scotland, made with an Ebony RSW 45 & Rodenstock 90mm lens.

The stormy light perfectly suited the location and enabled me to capture the colour and texture in the foreground rock. You can see a passing shower over Loch Coruisk, beyond Sgurr nan Eag, the peak on the left. The Cuillin ridge is surely the most challenging ridge walk in the UK, and almost as surely one of the most stunning locations in the country, if not in Europe.
